Our state-of-the-art lab and manufacturing facilities along with a superior engineering support team help us deliver short lead times and innovative solutions. In-house resources include tool making, machine and fabricating shops and a comprehensive testing lab. Our commitment to maintaining and improving these resources enables us to support product development and prototype projects.
Our tool making, machine and fabricating shops are well equipped and supported with on-site Mechanical and Electrical Controls Engineering Groups. Outfitted with the latest multi-axis CNC milling and turning machines, multi-axis wire EDM cutting machine, and surface finishing equipment, we utilize the latest 3D drawing software and Fluid Dynamic Analysis Software. Our experienced toolmakers and machinists take pride in their work, delivering tooling to produce the product exactly as it's designed. We are confident that you will be impressed with our capabilities when you visit.
New England Catheter is also committed to maintaining a modern and comprehensive in-house testing facility. This enables us to test under various conditions and evaluate product performance. We are able to characterize testing results and use the results to further optimize a design or develop new designs based the collected data. New England Catheter frequently works directly with the customer to develop the necessary procedures and fixtures needed to perform the test. Extensive test reports are available upon request.
